Akinwale Johnson Ogundipe

I am an arts and culture professional with experience supporting community-led cultural development in the Bradford District as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at The Leap. My work focuses on developing strategic frameworks, evaluating impact, and enabling inclusive participation across the creative sector. I combine data-driven insight with a strong commitment to equity, helping artists and cultural organisations demonstrate value and drive meaningful change.

I also serve as the Creative Director for the Johnson Community Support Initiative’s Arts, Culture and Heritage Creative Workshop in Nigeria, where I lead programmes that engage senior secondary school students in cultural education and artistic expression. I am interested in how community-led Artificial Intelligence strategies and ethics can support creative economies.
