When people ask what I do, the typical answer is that I listen to clients and turn their needs into part numbers and consulting services. The key parts of my position are to 1) Listen to the customer - determine the pain points that they are turning to technology to resolve and 2) Propose the solution that fits their needs without breaking the budget.

Prior to joining Alexander Open Systems, I was the IT Security Officer at The University of South Dakota which provided a solid understanding of the needs and desires that are unique to the education sector.
