Apex Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness is an outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation facility that has been an industry leader in Houston, Sugarland and Katy since 1999.

Our focus is the resolution of chronic and acute injuries through detailed physical therapy evaluation and various modes of evidenced based treatment. We offer outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation services at each location. It was 1999 when Apex Physical Rehabilitation & Wellness was brought to life by our founder, Amir Kazemi. Apex, since 1999, has grown to multiple offices and has treated over 25,000 patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Our achievements have been possible through the hard work and dedication of our core team members and leadership.
