Allison Plachta

Hi! I'm Allison and I'm currently a student at Valparaiso University majoring in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resources, and minoring in Digital Media Communications. I have a passion for helping others and learning about the world around me. I am committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace and believe strong business ethics are essential to a competitive company.

I am involved in many activities on campus such as the Deans Leadership Council, Delta Sigma Phi, Omicron Delta Kappa, Beta Gamma Sigma, and I am also the Executive Treasurer for Student Senate on campus. I co-founded and was the president of the Society of Women in Business club at Valparaiso University, and we strive to inspire, excite, and empower the female identifying students studying business at Valpo.
