After 7 years of attempting to ascend the corporate ladder, I think I've finally found what truly makes me happy. Food. I am the proud co-founder of The Red Beanbag Cafe and am currently pursuing a certificate in commercial cookery.

To me, food makes my world go round. I not just want to taste. I want to dissect, recreate and ultimately, create.

Mash Potato Mash is a comfort food blog, in which I will share easy to make recipes on comfort food. Occasionally I'll talk about life in Sydney and throw in a couple of food reviews just to keep things interesting.
