Apollinaire DIALUNGANI MUENDO 25 years old from the DRCongo,consideres the artistic and the digital innovation as the key for African development. He has worked as research assistant for ACEPIS/Kenya for the Congolese Civic society privileged partnership project evaluation with the support of Neverland foreign affairs ministry . Apollinaire is also one of the cityexplorer.live explorer .
He worked as the manager of LOYOLA PRODUCTIONS DRC , The media, communication and cultural department of CENTRE CULTUREL BOBOTO: a Jesuit run center aiming to promoting the congolese culture through medias. He is the country representative of LEAD MAGIS AFRICA.
Apollinaire is senior Computer Engineering Student at Institute supérieure des techniques appliquées.
Apollinaire is a YALI Regional Leadership Center of Eastern and Central Africa Alumnus and has a certification in civic leadership from the Kenyatta University./Nairobi
He is passionate about youth empowerment and youth participation. He has five years of experience inyouth empowerment by serving as a member of NGOs and Youth Movements.
