Apostolos is an entrepreneur and angel investor in the internet/technology sector who started as an entrepreneur right after graduating from National Technical University in Athens: in 1998 along with 2 friends he cofounded e-shop.gr.

In 2000 he went to the US to get the basics right, and after graduating from Columbia Business School in 2002 then spent two valuable years with Boston Consulting Group.

In 2004 he rejoined e-shop.gr, and helped the company become the leader in e-commerce in Greece. E-shop.gr reached a turnover of more than 100 million euros with 1 million unique visitors per month. In 2009, looking for more challenges, he joined Openfund to help create the first seed investing fund in Southeastern Europe. Openfund filled a gap and played a very important role in Greek entrepreneurial ecosystem. Openfund supported innovative startups like Taxibeat.com, fashinating.com, youscan.ru which have strong international potential. Taxibeat in particular, where Apostolos is also an advisor and investor, is transforming the way people get a taxi around the globe with the company having already presence in Brazil, Romania and Norway.

Furthermore in 2011 Apostolos along with his partners from e-shop.gr and other friends cofounded e-food.gr which is the largest online delivery aggregator in Greece. In 2012 along with 2 other friends cofounded doctoranytime.gr which is an online service that allows people to book appointments with doctors.

Finally in 2014 he cofounded e-table.gr which helps you find amazing restaurants and make a reservation online and got also involved with nannuka.gr a service that allows you to find people to help you with children (babysitter, teacher etc)
