Hello! My name is April Kim, and I am soon to be an osteopathic medical student, year 1 (OMS1) at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.

I wanted to start a blog as a way to keep myself accountable to my diet and exercise, to record my journey through medical school, and to help people with any questions or struggles they might have with getting into medical school.
