April Grams

April Grams has spent over a decade with industrial sealing solutions provider Dichtomatik Americas, where she serves as a marketing specialist. Her duties include updating social media channels, flyer and brochure design, and implementing e-commerce updates as needed. Along with coordinating all business-to-business communications, April Grams is responsible for training staff on customer relationship management software.

Ms. Grams has served in several other roles with the firm, such as customer service and marketing support specialist. Holding this position for three years, April Grams was responsible for account management and sales generation. While in the role, she generated a sales order worth $250,000.

Since joining the firm, she has earned an associate’s degree in multimedia design from Academy College. Ms. Grams also holds a bachelor of arts in business administration from the same institution.

To give back to her community, she regularly volunteers with the nonprofit Sibley County Food shelf. In addition, she belongs to the Upper Midwest Allis Chalmers Club and serves as its webmaster.
