Hey there - I'm April.
Dubai-based, Hult MBA graduate, and someone who has never really been able to leave a good idea alone.
I'm currently with the Enrollment Team at Hult International Business School, helping prospective students cut through the noise and make one of the more consequential decisions of their lives.
While at Hult, I pitched what I thought would be a one-time event. It turned into Shift to the Future — a Hult x Microsoft collaboration that I conceptualized and ran from the ground up. Three Microsoft masterclasses later, we're still going, and the student community it sparked now has over 700+ members across the Middle East.
I also run In the Loop — a newsletter with 5,000+ subscribers covering real student stories, career pivots, and the insider perspective on what business school actually looks like.
Before all of this, I spent years freelancing - first across UAE businesses in operations, marketing, client management, and events, then alongside early-stage founders helping them build strategy, find their market, and get their operations out of their heads and into something that actually runs.
