DERMATOGLYPHICS IS SCIENTIFIC STUDY OF FINGERPRINTS. THESE FINGERPRINTS ARE CALLED “RIDGES” WHICH IS DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE LOBES OF THE BRAIN.
AS YOU KNOW THERE ARE NO TWO PERSONS IN THE WORLD HAVING THE SAME FINGERPRINTS, AND ONCE IT IS FORMED IT NEVER CHANGES THROUGH OUT THE LIFE.
DURING PREGNENCY FROM 13TH WEEK OF GESTATION PERIOD, BRAIN START DEVELOPING WHICH MAY DEVELOP UPTO 25TH-27TH WEEK, SIMULTANEOUSLY THESE RIDGES ALSO FORMS.
The theory of multiple intelligences is written by Dr. Howard Gardner’s in 1983. It claims that everyone is intelligent in at least eight different ways and can develop each aspect of intelligence to an average level of competency. We have to understand which of his inborn intelligence is higher and how to handle the weaker to its best. IQ only is not enough to judge a child, because there are so many intelligence beyond IQ.
DMIT helps in understanding, what the child is born with. Child’s personality and behavior, it’s inborn positive and negative qualities, it’s inborn studying pattern, it’s emotional strength, whether the child will be self cognitive, affective, reverse thinker, or reflective. D.M.I.T also helps to understand his quotients i.e. Intelligent Quotients, Adverse Quotients, Creative Quotients, Emotional Quotients and Visionary Quotients. Ultimately all this helps the parents to understand in which field his child will perform the best. Example in studies he should pursue commerce, arts , science. Whether the child is born to be in sports field, creative field, naturalistic field or multi linguistic field.
History of DMIT?
• Prof. Howard Gardner discovered that every individual has eight types of different Multiple Intelligence with different level. He was honored with Noble prize for this discovery.
• Noble Prize in physiology was awarded to Dr. Rita Levi-Montalcini & Dr. Stanley Cohen for discovering the co-relation between NGF (Nerve Growth Factor) and EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor).
• USSR, Former Soviet Union, China & many European Countries are using Dermatoglyphics in selecting the contestants for Olympic.
• Dr. Chen Yi Mou Phd. of Harvard University researched Dermatoglyphics based on multiple intelligence theory of Dr. Howard Gardner. First applied Dermatoglyphics to educational fields and brain physiology.
