I'm a self-taught visual artist, creative writer and nature photographer, as well as an amateur naturalist. I have a passion for the creative fields and the natural world. I might as well get my beliefs out of the way. I'm a spiritual atheist and evolutionist. In this case, "spiritual" means that I'm not a codgery old cynic like most atheists are stereotyped to be - I see the world through rose-tinted glasses. I don't think there's an objective "good" or "evil". And I'm a smug, self-righteous animal rights activist. I plan to pursue a career in art. That is, to say, creative writing, with drawing/painting as either a hobby or side profession. I'll write and illustrate my own books, which I consider to be a worthy aim since most novels nowadays are totally devoid of illustrations. And that's terrible.
