Responsibilities: Directs the fulfillment of IT services, development, implementation and production through liaison with Business Managers and users of data processing services. Guide user management in selection and implementation of automated systems Assist in the formulation of project objectives and system development requirements Prepare project plans and schedules, including requirements, tasks, work assignments, resources, and the inclusion of project milestones and review points Provides support of improving organization activities through improved methods and techniques and better utilization of resources. Provide the Organization Management/Users by the sufficient Tools (Executive Information, analysis and reports) to Measure and Enhance the business performance and adding value for each organization/department
