Student, Editor, and Writer in Jackson, Tennessee
Abigail is a native of Knoxville, TN, who traded in the mountains and moved to West Tennessee to attend Union University. Here, she is a junior studying English and Public Relations in hope of one day working at a publishing house and publishing the next great American novel.
She has a passion for storytelling. She enjoys conversing with all kinds of people, hearing their stories, and retelling them. She loves reading, writing, and editing and has served as an editor for the Journal of the Union Faculty Forum as well as helped edit The Broken One, a YA novel by Christine Bailey.
After spending the summer in Spain teaching English, she discovered a love for traveling and experiencing the world. Along with the ability to say "where's the bathroom?" in Spanish, she came out of her time abroad with a love for communicating and hearing from people of all different backgrounds and languages.
Abigail has a heart for people and enjoys being around others. Her two biggest struggles are FOMO (the fear of missing out) and coming up with clever Instagram captions. If she's not with other people, you can find her watching One Tree Hill or reading anything by John Greene.
