As a Product Manager for the past 11 years, I am passionate about building & growing AI Products that impact how organizations can empower their end customers and employees.

I started my PM career at Microsoft, where I built products that challenge the status quo including fully cloud based Retail solution - Dynamics 365 for Commerce, a full service ERP solution for large Retail organizations, that helped Microsoft expand its offerings beyond traditional on-premise Retail ERP solutions.

I developed a keen interest for AI applications for customer experience, as I launched the first AI chatbot for Microsoft Support called "Skylight" while leading releases across multiple teams. There I helped the product to grow, powering over 100M multi-channel Virtual-Agent sessions yearly across our brands like Windows, Office 365, Xbox, and our B2B ecosystem of Microsoft Partners, ISV, & affiliates

For the past 4 years, I've been leading several strategic customer engagement programs at Microsoft's low code chatbot building platform, Power Virtual Agents, where we're re-imagining the future of low code chat bot building and using Generative AI/Chat GPT to solve real business problems. Most recently I helped several large customers accelerate adoption and grow the product exponentially.

In my spare time, you can find me exercising or listening to an audible book; I'm passionate about mental and physical wellness and how it fosters positivity and prevents stress related issues. I also teach meditation and breathwork to help people manage stress better and enhance general wellbeing.
