Roles & Responsibilities
• Business Development- International Markets (US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore,Middle East).
• Presales (RFI / RFP/ Proposals), estimating and evaluating projects.
• Identifying client needs, proposing solutions and furnishing clients with all required information about the organization, service offerings etc.
• Hands-on experience in selling technology solutions for PHP, ASP.NET, Java, RoR and Mobile Technologies(Android/iOS/BlackBerry/Windows), Google Glass.
• Good experience with CRM, ERP and workflow applications.
• Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in projects following Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Manage requirements gathering process with stake holders
• Assist with translating business requirements into a solution
• Leverage business knowledge and expertise to business process improvements
• Document functional business requirements and business cases design
• Participate in appropriate steps during system development life cycle to ensure functional requirements are met.
• Participate in end to end implementation planning to include project management, issue management, communication and change management
• Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary
• Experience in team leading, task assignment and tracking.
• Keen and quick learner with strong verbal and written communication skills.
