Hi, my name is Abdur Rahman ChoudhuryakaA. R. Choudhury, MSc., and I’m the founder and editor of NutritionCrown.

I currently live in West Bengal, India with my mom and sister.

I have done my Masters in BioChemistry in 2015. After completing the Stanford Introduction to Food and Health course in 2021, I started a freelance consultancy business to help people with their diet.

Quickly I realized how many people have different myths about foods, supplements, or diets. So, I decided to write research-based articles for the world.

Now, I spend all of my non-family time creating content for NutritionCrown & this blog.

Waking up every workday to work on NutritionCrown is a dream come true.
