In his recent role as National Trainer for Cannonball Moments, he shared his expertise in new home sales to train builders and developers nationwide. He focused on sales strategies, customer management, and leadership training to align with organizational objectives. Before this, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing at DRB Homes in Orlando, overseeing land negotiations, community launches, marketing efforts, and compliance with local regulations. His leadership was key in opening nine new communities and expanding the company’s brand in Florida.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Dream Finders Homes, where he rose quickly from Sales Consultant to Director of Sales. He managed over 20 sales professionals and helped establish the Tampa Division, ensuring smooth operations and effective market entry.
He holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Seminole State College and certifications as a Federal and State Paralegal and in Corporate Finance and Environmental Governance.
