After handling various M&A methods including tender offers (TOB) and stock swaps, providing advice, structuring, due diligence, and drafting and negotiating contracts at a domestic corporate law firm, I engaged in corporate actions such as M&A, venture investments, VC investments, and the establishment of governance systems at GREE, Inc. (also serving as a director of its subsidiary, Glossom, Inc.). Subsequently, as a Senior Director at REVIC Partners Co., Ltd., I was involved in managing a corporate mezzanine fund, and in 2019, I joined So ＆Sato. I graduated from Waseda University Faculty of Law in 2001 and the University of Southern California Gould School of Law L.L.M. in 2011. I was registered with the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association in 2005. I have served as an auditor and director with audit and supervisory committee roles at Meiko Electronics Co., Ltd., I-ne Co., Ltd., Toyo Knife Co., Ltd., V-cube, Inc., Xronos Co., Ltd., M&A Cloud Co., Ltd., and AI Fusion Capital Group Co., Ltd.
