The most interesting thing about me… is you.

Since 2010, I've dedicated my life to understanding the mind. What started as a strong academic interest quickly became my primary existential anchor. Through and from my experience as a student, volunteer, research assistant, psych group executive, therapist, consultant, voracious reader, etc., I've made it my mission to gather and share what I've learned with interested others.

That's where you come in. As you might have guessed, I know the field pretty well by now, but I'm not unique in that awareness. What makes my job unique is you, my client. You're the expert on yourself, so working together is invariably collaborative: we meet half way, curiously exploring the new territory as it shifts beneath our feet.

Every therapeutic relationship is different, but one thing never changes: I endeavour to create a space in which you feel totally secure and accepted. I don't take The Work lightly. This is your life; I'm just visiting.

My primary client populations are individuals living with Dissociative Identity Disorder (previously Multiple Personality Disorder), trauma survivors, grown-up gifted kids (all this potential, but only one path; analysis paralysis; identity crisis), adult children of emotionally-immature parents, and newcomers to therapy, though I've worked with many more (outlined on my PsychologyToday page, linked). I draw from a number of talk-based therapies, carefully tailored to each client. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through a partnership with Field Trip Health, hypnotherapy, and walk-&-talk/ecotherapy.
