Ariane Miller-Fuhrman is a skilled Learning and Organizational Development professional, with hands-on experience in a range of industries. Ariane is currently the Manager of Employee Engagement Services at the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI), a global non-profit organization based in New York and working to support in every way the development of preventive AIDS vaccines that are safe and effective, and also accessible to all people; a rewarding and impactful role she has held for approximately 3 years. In addition to leading several successful organization-wide culture change initiatives through Employee Engagement Surveys and organizational directives, Ariane is also the go-to for virtual learning needs, course development, morale issues, performance management, and leadership interventions. She also lead's the organization's Wellness Committee, a Global, cross-functional committee that works to build engagement and camaraderie among staff in all locations.
Previously, Ariane was the Talent Capability Business Partner in the Leadership and Professional Development group at Broadridge Financial Solutions, where she primarily worked to develop a competency-model for business analysts and a competency-based training curriculum to build functional skills and capabilities in the staff. Prior to Broadridge, Ariane was the Professional Training & Development manager at Forest Laboratories where she analyzed the organizational need, implemented a training curriculum to build interpersonal and leadership skills at all employee levels, and supported the development of leadership competencies. Always on the frontline working with people, she held various roles at AT&T Wireless including tax exemption analyst, international wireless trainer, and national business services training specialist during a time when wireless cellular service was at its height of change and growth. She also completed a pro-bono Talent Management consulting project for Family Centers, a Connecticut-based non-profit organization, in 2009.
