I live in a world where every human being is thriving and prosperous because we were taught, from birth, to take ownership of our greatness; that we have the power to walk boldly in the direction of our dreams with courage, compassion and connection. We all are powerful creators and possess this divine ability: to create and shape our world through the alignment of our beliefs, thoughts and feelings. This is my why, my True North.

As a transformative learning designer, I am impassioned by the design and implementation of innovative programs, trainings and events created to move people from where they are to where they want to be: courageous, authentic, informed and empowered. Possessing the uncanny ability to constructively disturb the status quo, I challenge assumptions and limited beliefs, re-framing them into opportunities. I service diverse groups and individuals from corporations, and faith-based organizations to those who’ve just been fired to those high management positions- in the United States and abroad.

I am an evidence-based coach and a doctoral student at Fielding Graduate University’s school of Human and Organizational Development.

I LOVE to entertain, decorate, gift-give and prepare nourishing foods for those I love. I can often be found deepening my yoga and meditation practice in the Anacostia neighborhood of SE DC.
