I make things. Mostly theatre. I perform, direct, write, and teach. Through it all, I play. I aspire to be Calvin, but I'm more of a Hobbes.

Verbs and people enthrall me. So I am a creator. I make things happen with people who also love to make things happen. Hence, my MFA in Ensemble Based Physical Theatre. Creating with People.

I graduated from Dell'Arte International in 2014. It was there that I realized I was destined (doomed?) to physical comedy (which makes sense, since my childhood crushes included the likes of Danny Kaye and Donald O'Conner).

Since graduating, I've performed with The Very Hungry Caterpillar (Off-Broadway), The Talking Band, Columbia Stages, Stegosaurus Theater, LES Shakes, Spring Street Social Society, and the Ume Group. Last November, my comic duo production team, AriLu Productions, took our original dark physical comedy farce, Whether We Like It or Not, to the New Orleans Fringe Festival '14. It will premiere in NYC in May '16 for a 3 week run at The Tank in Midtown as a part of the curated series Flint and Tinder! https://www.facebook.com/LipstickSlapstick/?fref=ts

I have built and played with puppets at The Puppet Kitchen, and puppeteered for the short film The Neverbell and two web commercials with VaynerMedia. I am an Associate Artist of Built4Collapse, a devised theatre company, with whom I have worked as an outside eye and devising consultant.

I'm also braving new territory and writing a comic web series to be filmed this winter.
