Ariel Donaldo Márquez Niño

Hello, I’m Ariel Donaldo.

I’m a father and i live in Bucaramanga , Santander, Colombia.

I'm a sports fan, specially cycling. I practice MTB every weekend, with a couple of mates.

I like cooking and I’m also interested in coffee, technology and HR management.

I'm Economist of Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. I got my degree in 2003. I have bachelor degree in Human Resources and Labour Colombian Law.

I've been working in HR last 15 years in security companies and mining companies.

The main skills development in these years are: Negotiation, team work, use of ERP, desing HR training and development programs and specially listening to people.

Currently I work at Prodeco in HR department as Employee Relationship Coordinator. I really enjoy my job, however I'm far away of my family.
