Arielle Bertolone

The word Yoga comes from the root word, yu which in Sanskrit means to yoke, or connect. In my teaching this single concept is the cornerstone of practice. To connect with the breath, the mind, the body, your community, yourself. A yoga practice something deeply personal and I hope to help you find yours in a sustainable and holistic manner. I was trained at the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA by Tracey Rich and Ganga White. Their 60+ years of teaching combined helped me understand that yoga isn't about reaching an end goal, it is cultivating a mind body awareness that allows you to live in your body more with more ease. Coming to the mat with a respect to the body you were given, not trying to strive for someone else's practice. I teach a powerful vinyasa flow practice, vinyasa meaning to link. Poses or asanas, are all conected through movement and breath. So come breathe, sweat and share yoga with me!
