Hi, I’m Arifuzzaman Shaon, currently working as a Welfare Officer at AMANN Bangladesh Ltd., part of the AMANN Group, Germany. I bring over 8 years of experience in HR and Administration, with a focus on employee management, payroll, and supervision of contractual workforces.

Prior to this, I served as a Contractual Employee Supervisor at ABID Enterprise, where I managed workforce operations and HR processes efficiently. My experience spans coordinating end-to-end recruitment, implementing HR digitization initiatives, and organizing employee engagement.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in HRMfrom the Academy of Business Professionals (ABP), an MBA in Human Resource Management from Uttara University, and a BBS degree from Bhawal Badre Alam Government College.

As an HR professional, I am passionate about modernizing HR processes, optimizing workforce management, and creating initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational productivity.
