Hi, I’m Arifuzzaman Shaon, currently serving as a Welfare Officer at AMANN Bangladesh Ltd., part of the AMANN Group, Germany. I am an HR and Administration professional with expertise in employee management, payroll coordination, workforce supervision, and HR operations.

Previously, I worked as a Contractual Employee Supervisor at ABID Enterprise, where I managed workforce operations and supported HR processes efficiently. My professional experience includes end-to-end recruitment coordination, HR digitization initiatives, workforce management, employee engagement, payroll-related activities, and administrative operations.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGD-HRM) from the Academy of Business Professionals (ABP), an MBA in Human Resource Management from Uttara University, and a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) from Bhawal Badre Alam Government College.

As an HR professional, I am passionate about modernizing HR processes, improving workforce management, strengthening employee relations, and developing people-focused initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational productivity.

My professional goal is to continue developing as a strategic HR professional, combining effective people management with technology-driven HR practices to create meaningful value for both employees and organizations.
