Arikia Millikan

Existential Psychologist and Humanistic Technologist in Berlin, Germany

"One cannot be deeply responsive to the world without being saddened very often." - Erich Fromm

In my practice, I work with computer programmers, activists, journalists, and others experiencing burnout, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, and other forms of distress related to extended immersion in online worlds. Through a series of individually crafted talk therapy sessions, I can help relieve acute psychological symptoms and minimize existential suffering to help you regain optimal functionality in your personal and professional lives.

All sessions are strictly confidential. No phones or electronic devices are allowed in the vicinity when a session is in progress. This should be considered a supplemental form of holistic therapy and not a first-line treatment. Please consult your primary therapist before beginning treatment.
