Arin Rauf is the Director of Strategic Development and Crisis Management, with over a decade of experience at the intersection of venture capital and construction across industrial and residential sectors. He possesses expertise in business process transformation, risk management, and the development of construction projects in highly uncertain environments.

He headed the construction division at Kama Flow, where he built the unit from scratch into a team of 50 specialists and grew the contract portfolio from 12 million to 1 billion rubles over three years. He has participated in strategic development and crisis management of projects, implementing systematic approaches to improve business efficiency and sustainability.

He serves as a consultant to PNK Group's brand—one of the largest industrial real estate developers in the CIS, with a portfolio exceeding 6 million square meters. As part of this collaboration, he develops crisis management strategies and provides support for labor negotiations.
