A once-off setup fee is charged (which includes training). An annual license fee is charged (which includes unlimited users, help desk support, and storage space).

How many users are included for access to the system?

There are unlimited system users. We charge per user on the phone/tablet application.

You will have a Key Account Manager appointed to assist you with direct queries, keep you updated on new products/services, and help you strategise on which are suitable for your company’s needs.
