It's like this: I've always been uncomfortable by those who choose to keep their coats on indoors. If the climate does not call for extra clothing, why would you want to have on all of those layers? Do you plan on an immediately exiting or suddenly vacating? Where are you going so soon? What is more important than the place that you are in right now? Taken metaphorically, make yourself comfortable in your environment. Do not put up barriers without proper reason. Govern your own clock, do not be governed by it. I'm not saying that at a moment's notice you should remain vulnerable and unprepared. Simply put, you should not only consider your own time, but appreciate time spent with others as well.

So sit and stay awhile.
