Howdy, I’m Arkadiusz.
I am a manager with 20 years of experience, including 15 years in managing production plants in Poland and Sweden. I have managed large companies, including one with two production plants.
I have participated in numerous investment and restructuring projects in Poland and Sweden.
I earned the WCM Green Belt certification, which allowed me to implement improvements in the area of labor productivity by 10% annually.
I implemented robotic machines with innovative and unique business applications into production.
Within organizational structures, I managed large teams of employees ranging from 80 to 460 people, improving productivity, which translated into measurable improvements in the plant's financial results.
I supervised and managed a proprietary investment aimed at expanding one of the production plants.
I see my future as a manager in continuing to work, building, and developing production and operational teams to achieve the strategic goals set for me.
