I am a native of New Orleans, LA and arrived in Augusta, GA in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Although everything was lost the only way at this point was up. I prefers to look at all she has gained since arriving in Augusta, GA.

I hadn’t planned to get caught up in the ministry of a little radio station with an international reach, but Station Management, familiar with my work background in social work and community activism asked her to be a new voice on a local radio station.

My goal has always been to be ministry-focused, community-minded. Some of the broadcast have focused on marriage, rejection, domestic violence, child abuse, legal advice, health, wellness and much more all using the format, which provokes the audience toward personal responsibility and accountability.

I've developed programs that strengthen communities, such as, The Eyes Have It (An Onsite Eye care Program for public schools), Daughters with Purpose, Genesis Media Youth at Work Apprenticeship, and Bank On Us Personal Financial Literacy.
