Armand brings a multidisciplinary background in accounting, financial operations, project management, and organizational development. His experience spans family office operations, logistics coordination, client services, and cross-functional process management, with a focus on building efficient systems that support long-term growth and operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Armand has worked across a wide range of business environments, helping teams improve workflows, strengthen communication, and execute complex operational initiatives. He is particularly interested in the intersection of technology, finance, and human-centered organizational design, and believes that high-performing teams are built through trust, adaptability, and clear communication.
Raised in Houston, Texas and Silicon Valley, California, Armand holds a BA in International Studies, Globalization from Cal Poly Humbolt. As a French-American dual citizen, with Japanese heritage, he is fluent in French, Spanish in addition to his native English, he can also hold a conversation in Haitian Creole, especially if it's about Haitian food.
In addition to his operational and financial experience, Armand has contributed to mission-driven and international initiatives involving infrastructure planning, logistics coordination, and nonprofit support. His broad professional background provides a practical and systems-oriented perspective to both internal operations and client-focused initiatives.
