Hi, I’m Armen — a Building Engineer based in New Jersey specializing in HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial, laboratory, and critical facility environments.

I have extensive hands-on experience operating and maintaining complex mechanical systems including chillers, boilers, air handling units (AHU), rooftop units (RTU), hydronic systems, and critical ventilation infrastructure. My work focuses on ensuring high-performance building operations, energy efficiency, and long-term equipment reliability.

I specialize in BAS/BMS controls and system optimization, with experience working on platforms such as Honeywell, Niagara (Tridium), and Andover Continuum. My expertise includes system diagnostics, BAS programming, airflow analysis, VAV system control, and integrating Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to improve building performance and operational efficiency.

I also work extensively with laboratory HVAC systems, including fume hoods, Strobic exhaust systems, environmental chambers, and critical ventilation systems that support sensitive research and controlled environments.

I hold a Low Pressure Black Seal Boiler Operator License issued by the State of New Jersey, along with multiple certifications in HVAC, BAS/BMS controls, and safety compliance, allowing me to safely operate and maintain complex building infrastructure.
