I always put myself down, and I never have the confidence to do anything. People may look at me and think she's perfectly happy and might see laughing, but inside I would alwaysfeel down. It took me a while to break through my shell and realise no matter what I look or what happens I have to try and be posative. So I've been trying to boost my confidence that put me down on loads things and even started to effect my grades. Now I try and think that it doesn't matter what others think.
