Details: Each mat is about the width of a yoga mat and about half its size. Its great for seated or kneeling meditation. It can also be used to provide comfort in yoga or stretch practice. There’s something magical about the ritual of pulling out my mat and grounding myself. I find that just seeing it encourages me to practice regularly.

If you're looking for added comfort, to carve out physical space or encouragement to practice consistently, I can definitely attest to the power of a prayer mat.
