I bring over seven years of experience supporting Agile software delivery across fintech, healthcare, and enterprise platforms. In my recent roles, I have facilitated core Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while partnering closely with product owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs. I have worked with cross-functional teams consisting of engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders to deliver complex software initiatives in regulated environments.

I am experienced with Jira and Confluence for tracking sprint progress, maintaining backlog visibility, and reporting on delivery metrics, including sprint velocity and release readiness. I also focus on removing blockers, improving team collaboration, and helping teams stay aligned with product goals and timelines. My background in both quality engineering and project management allows me to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

I'm a certified technical software tester and hold both PMP and CSM certifications. I have led Agile teams delivering enterprise software systems that support large user bases and mission-critical operations.

I am a fan of technology, software product management, and soccer. I’m also interested in gardening and travel.
