Arron Bullock

Chicagoland, Il

Christ-follower, husbad, father, home coffee roaster, motorcycle rider.

I was employed as a Production Manager with Brown Printing Company, Woodstock, IL until the plant closed down in September 2014.

During my 14 years with Brown, I’ve developed the leadership ability to create high-quality projects that get measurable results. This area is not only where I excel, but it is also the area I most enjoy. As a production manager, I love to get results—whether it's training, using Lean tools, or designing improved processes. When I am training, organizing, and focusing a group of people, I am not only doing what comes naturally to me, I am also doing what I most enjoy. Some examples of my successes are:

• Minimized department caused errors by 70%.
• Reduce Department (Major and Critical) Inquiries by 50% (from 10 to 5).
• Conserved 20% total operating costs with no decrease in output.
• Reduced equipment downtime by 88%.
• Installed new equipment implementing new technology with over $80K savings.

My experience ranges from budget planning and control, leading X-teams, mentoring employees, quality control and improvement, developing manufacture relationships, change management, staffing analysis, Lean manufacturing, to improving customer service.

Being a great leader is about working for people, not over them!

I can be reached at [email protected], or I can be contacted from 9-11am M-F at (815) 317-6315. Otherwise, please leave a message anytime.

P.S. Excellence is more than a job to me—it's my philosophy in life; creating excellence through flexibility, accountability, and education.
