I am a project manager, filmmaker, and editor at Cuatro Cerezos Colectivo and CIMAT. Currently living in Guanajuato, México. My interests range from photography to movies. I am also interested in writing and production.

Studied film at the Golem önderfilm Visual Arts School in Mexico City from 2009 to 2012. Segoviano also belonged to the fourth generation of the Mantarraya film studio, now Escuela Superior of Cinema, in which he attended lectures given by professionals in the film industry, among them: Amat Escalante, Julio Hernandez Cordon, Ruben Imaz, to name a few.

He has received multiple awards and has achieved a plethora of accomplishments. The documentary short film "Saca el skatepark Pinche Silao" was selected in the International Short Shorts Film Festival of Mexico 2011. His short films "Orquídeas Blancas" (2012) and "La Reunión" (2018) were both selected at the annual festival Ay Guanashorts! He has been the director and screenwriter of the mini series "El Beso del Alacrán" (2013), the first series produced in the city of Guanajuato and broadcasted on public television, this series was nominated in the 2015 as the best Mexican web series for the Baja Web Fest Festival.

Furthermore, Arturo has collaborated in filming within the Cinematographic Training Center (CCC) in the state of Guanajuato, where he has worked as production coordinator.
