After 25 years in major-market radio and television, I decided to start over. The loss of a my sister and her husband to cancer, a brother to pulmonary fibrosis and a near-death experience of my own found me lacking the desire to create flashy promtional content for pop-music radio. For me the importance of promoting TMZ's daily lineup had lost its luster. I need to make a real change in media. One that will help affect people in a positive way, by improving the quality of peoples lives. As a documentary film maker, I am now using my extensive experience as a creative to effect positive change. By using my advanced skillset to tell the stories of the survivors and their families. To give a voice to those who have fought and lost, to add balast to those who struggle with life-threatening diseases today. My mission is to make their struggles meaningful. To take what we learn from these challenges and turn that information into a better life for those who continue the fight.
