A well-established New York sales information support and marketing executive, Arthur Christiani leads The Hendry Partnership, LLC, as founder and president. Arthur Christiani has assisted major corporate clients in refining their marketing approaches and in developing new analytical capacities in the segmentation, new products, consumer targeting, and media spheres.
Mr. Christiani earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and math at the University of Connecticut and subsequently completed an MBA at Sacred Heart University. Early in his career, he served as manager at PepsiCo, with a focus on strategic business solutions and advanced analytics and marketing strategy. He refined the Pepsi Challenge marketing approach through extensive test marketing and undertook research that led to the successful launch of the Diet Mountain Dew product. He also performed customer relationship marketing and selling analysis and helped shape the firm’s promotional and pricing strategies.
Thereafter, as director at Kraft Foods, Inc., Mr. Christiani developed a number of probability-based customer models and built up analytical marketing databases spanning the customer relationship process. Active in his community, Arthur Christiani supports the charitable efforts of the United Way and the Mikey's Way Foundation.
