Arthur Cooper

Arthur Cooper has had a varied career in information technology, construction, landscaping, and restaurant management. He owned and operated Arthur Cooper Landscaping in Madison, Wisconsin, for more than 30 years, where he specialized in creative landscapes such as rock gardens, rock waterfalls, and koi farms, and won awards for his land and aquatic designs for small residential lots. He also belonged to the Wisconsin Landscape Contractors Association and the Southern Florida Aquatic Landscapers Trade Group.

During this time Arthur Cooper also took on construction roles, serving as supervisor for ABC Accessories, where he managed plumbers, electricians, and other subcontractors working on the first construction phase of a middle school. He also served as a project superintendent for Art HVAC, where he oversaw HVAC-related construction projects involving the installation and repair of HVAC systems.

Early in his career, Arthur Cooper served as an IT manager in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he developed and maintained accounting records for up to 50 bank accounts. He holds a BA from Wesley College.
