Arthur Marshall Real Estate attended Hephzibah High School in rural Richmond County, Georgia, close to his childhood home. As a high school student, he was a standout athlete, earning four-sport letters and being named the USA Today High School Athlete of the Year for Georgia in his senior year. Following his exceptional play on the football field, his high school retired his football number.

Marshall later attended the University of Georgia, where he graduated with a business administration degree and a major in real estate in 1991. During his time at the university, Marshall also played football at a high level, impressing both on and off the field.

The University of Georgia, founded in 1785, is one of the oldest public universities in the United States and is the flagship school of the University System of Georgia. When Marshall was studying in the mid-1980s, the institution was one of only a few educational institutions offering real estate majors.

After graduating from the University of Georgia, Arthur Marshall was signed to the Denver Broncos NFL team, marking the beginning of his successful professional career. His impressive accomplishments, both on and off the field, are a testament to his dedication, passion, and commitment to excellence.
