Arthur T. Matthews J.D is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of diversityofficers.com a boutique training and consulting firm. He and his partner provide best in class subject matter expertise in the area of supervisory and managerial skills, human resources, labor, organizational change, leadership skills, diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, bullying, team building, public speaking, sexual harassment awareness, negotiations and communication skills.

Some of his clients include or have included J.P Morgan Chase, Colgate Palmolive, the EEOC, New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, Cornell University, DC 37 AFSCME, Communications Workers of America and the Bermuda Ministry of Labour, Home Affairs and Public Safety.

Arthur has served or serves as a mediator and/or arbitrator for entities such as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), The American Arbitration Association (AAA), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).

He primarily lectures at NYU and Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and the University of Arkansas where he teaches seminar, certificate, boot camp,undergraduate, MPA and MBA courses. He was recently appointed to the faculty teaching mediation at the Clinton School of Public Service located in Little Rock, Arkansas,

Lastly he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Howard University School of Law where, as President of the Student Body, he led hundreds of law students in the march that helped in the enactment of MLK Day as a National holiday.

He is a life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
