I operate as an Outcome Architect and Strategic Principal, focused on fixing what is actually holding businesses back. For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked across sports, media, technology, and corporate environments, stepping into complex situations where performance is stalled or under-optimized. My role is simple in theory but demanding in practice: identify what is broken, missing, or underperforming, and redesign it into measurable results.

Truth be told, most businesses don’t have a growth problem. They have a system problem. That’s where I focus. I work directly with owners and decision-makers to rebuild revenue engines, align strategy with execution, and create both short-term impact and long-term value.

Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to high-growth environments, including leadership roles during major expansion phases at Kornit Digital, as well as building and scaling ventures in sports business and media. Across every experience, my approach has remained consistent. I step into complexity and fix it at the root.

Today, through Kurek & Company, I work with a select group of high-stakes businesses. I’m not there to offer ideas or theory. I’m there to redesign systems and deliver outcomes that materially change performance.
