Rhonda Felder is artistic director of Manifest, a production company that specializes in theatrical events. Ms. Felder has worked throughout South Florida creating, marketing and managing performing arts projects. Felder began her professional arts career in Broward at the Vinnette Carroll Repertory Theater and later at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. She directed a West Palm Beach visual arts center, and worked as a marketing and production assistant at Miami-Dade's Gusman Center for the Performing Arts. She has also sharpened her management skills, training nonprofit groups throughout South Florida. She has enjoyed working with Maya Angelou, Ashford & Simpson, Nancy Wilson, Stephanie Mills, Chuck Mangione, Miriam Makeba & Hugh Masekela, and Sherman Helmsley over the years.

After catching the acting bug as a child, Rhonda attended Dillard High School of the Performing Arts Magnet Program. While earning a bachelor's degree in Communications at Florida State University, she auditioned and was accepted into the Bachelor of Fine Arts Program.

To follow a "realistic" career path, Ms. Felder began working in human services but, was quickly drawn back to the arts. She earned a Masters of Fine Arts Administration and used it to help reignite the Heavenly Acts Drama of the New Birth Baptist Church in Miami, FL. During her ten-year tenure, Ms. Felder wrote, produced and directed several Christmas musicals, black history pageants and skits and honed her God-given talent of spotting "diamonds in the rough".

Rose Colored Monologues is Ms. Felder's first independent effort since moving to Redeeming Word Christian Center International. She credits her spiritual growth to the preached Word of God from Bishop Victor Curry of the New Birth Baptist Churchand Bishop Jimmie Williams of Lighthouse Worship Center. She is a native of Houston, TX and resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
