If you're reading this, chances are that someone I teach has recommended me to you.

I have 15 years' experience teaching languages, with a focus on German and have been working with Googlers in Zurich (Zooglers) since 2016. I work with everyone from complete beginners to advanced speakers, whether they are preparing for Swiss citizenship, language exams or the driving licence test, or simply want to feel more comfortable living in Switzerland.

My lessons are conversational and structured, and evolve naturally. We build on previous lessons, but every class is shaped by your goals, interests and current situation. No two lessons are ever the same.

I don't follow a traditional textbook. Over the years, I have collected and created my own materials, exercises and resources, which I adapt for each student. The language, grammar and topics that we work on develop naturally from our conversations and your goals.

I'm easy-going and spontaneous, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I teach. Learning German should be challenging, but never boring.

I only work with a small number of students and currently have space for two new ones.

As well as teaching German, I run intercultural communication workshops for global teams. These workshops help international professionals to better understand communication styles and cultural differences when working together.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling of course and eating / cooking food.
I am also developing a sustainability app that uses AI to combine two topics I am passionate about: technology and making a positive impact.
