With twelve years in the news business and a passion for telling stories, I go where the stories are. I’ve followed stories from Puerto Rico to Guatemala and across the pond to London. I know how to put the right people in the right place so they can produce the best content possible. I am able to edit video, audio slideshows, plan photo galleries, and other visual elements that enhance online storytelling. I am able to shoot photos and video while on assignment. I can interview on and off camera, while choosing the best platform for delivering content. I have used my fluency in Spanish to report on stories in the Latino community such as an ICE raid in Postville, IA, and the 50th anniversary of Puerto Rico’s territory status with the U.S.

I've participated in America 24/7(Pennsylvania) and Americanos: Latino Life in the United States photo projects. I've worked as Staff Photographer for the Ottawa Daily Times, and the Morning Call. I’ve worked as Photo Editor for the Des Moines Register, and Juice Magazine. I’ve lead a creative staff that included two Pulitzer Prize winners. Most recently, I was the Senior Picture Editor at MailOnline.com and a Family Room Specialist for Apple Retail at the world famous Cube in NYC.

Currently, I am looking for new opportunities.
