Arun Rao

Arun is a Polymer Engineer and an MBA in Marketing from the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He is also a certified ‘Leadership Coach’ from ‘The Life Coach Certification Group’(USA). He has a total work experience of 22 years in a variety of roles in the corporate sector and 8 years running his own company. Arun brings to the table a unique blend of "teaching" and "doing".

As the Vice President Operations in Firstsource Solutions he has managed delivery across India in 9 centres with over 3000 people. He has also successfully started 8 new businesses for Firstsource and made them profitable, giving him the reputation of being a ‘trouble shooter & a start-up expert’.

As the Founder of TTS Coaching, he works closely with business owners and helps them create wealth for themselves and their employees. His expertise in helping MSME business owners to get access to new markets and new customers in existing markets is sought after. Clear thinking leads to clear goals and clear action plans. These in turn lead to phenomenal business outcomes. The name TTS is an acronym for ‘Touch The Sky’ which is what he has been doing for the MSME community at large.

He is also the Chief Operating Officer of Zipgrid and is currently shaping the company to become the next big unicorn out of India.

Arun is a Senior Director Consultant in BNI Navi Mumbai and a part of the Regional Training team. He is also a district trainer in BNI and delivers training across regions in BNI. He is a Gold Club member and has played a key role in shaping the culture and professionalism of BNI Navi Mumbai as a region.
