The Systems Thinker

I'm someone who likes figuring out how things work — and how to make them work better. That instinct led me into tech, and it's shaped most of what I've done since.

I started out as MIS Head at Peershala, leading cross-functional teams to design and manage information systems. It taught me a lot about operational efficiency and working with people from different backgrounds to get things done. I'm currently building on that foundation as a Computer Science & Engineering student at Ambalika Institute of Management and Technology, after completing my Diploma in Computer Engineering at the same institute. I was also part of the Student Development Council, helping organize college events and student initiatives.

On the technical side, I work with Python, Java, C, C++, HTML, CSS, and Prompt Engineering, and I've used these across web development, automation, and analytics projects. I like being involved end-to-end — from writing the code to thinking through the strategy behind it.

I'm generally the person who leans toward "why not" rather than "why," and I enjoy the early, uncertain stages of building something as much as the finished result. At the same time, I care about doing things properly rather than rushing for the sake of speed.

I also enjoy mentoring — helping people who are earlier in their journey, and turning messy data into something a team can actually use to make decisions. I think good leadership is mostly about making space for other people to do good work.

Right now, I'm looking for opportunities in product engineering, data analytics, and technology management. If you're working on something interesting in that space, I'd like to hear about it.
